Some attorneys are very generous with their time, knowing they most likely will make little to nothing from this case, but take it on because they care about the client and the situation they are experiencing.Molly Clark is ALL of the above. Our family recently had a loved one pass away. Fortunately they had a Will but did not have an Estate Plan in place. They were very compassionate on the phone and said that they have an attorney in the firm that specializes in Wills and Estate Planning. We were contacted the same day by Attorney Alex Russin, he was very professional and eager to help us with our situation. We sat down with him the same week to review the Will. He then took us to the Luzerne County Courthouse to file the Will with local probate court. Then to the bank to set up an estate account so we could pay the deceased's bills. We had no idea where to start in this process and Alex compassionately guided us through every step. He even helped file the final income taxes to close the estate. After resolving our loved ones estate, we decided to update our Will and put an Estate Plan in place for ourselves. Alex walked us through every step.
