Mr. Wendolowski concentrates his practice in the areas of school law including; real estate tax appeals, representing exclusively school districts; labor and employment law; commercial law; and the representation of clients in all facets of the construction industry including construction litigation.
Attorney Raymond P. Wendolowski is a practitioner with more than 32 years of experience handling complex legal matters. He is a 1981 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Scranton and a 1984 cum laude, Order of the Coif, graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Mr. Wendolowski concentrates his practice in the areas of school law; real estate tax appeals, representing exclusively school districts; labor and employment law; commercial law; and the representation of clients in all facets of the construction industry including construction litigation. His practice includes litigation in all practice areas but stresses litigation avoidance and dispute resolution strategies. He has been a solicitor for the Wilkes-Barre Area School District since 2003 and currently represents the Wilkes-Barre Area School District; Hazleton Area School District; Wyoming Valley West School District; Crestwood School District; Mid Valley School District; Riverside School District; Valley View School District; Northampton Area School District; Allentown School District; Pittston Area School District; and the School District of Philadelphia in real estate tax appeal matters. He has over fifteen (15) years of experience in litigating school district initiated appeals and, as a result of those appeals, has raised millions of additional tax dollars for the districts he represents. He is a certified mediator in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and previously served on the Middle District’s Lawyers’ Advisory Committee. Mr. Wendolowski also has an extremely successful mediation practice and is available to conduct mediations in all of his practice areas.
Mr. Wendolowski practices in all of the courts of Eastern Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. Mr. Wendolowski has written and lectured on labor and employment law and construction litigation for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association in conjunction with Kings College and Lorman Education Services.
Mr. Wendolowski is the father of nine children — Raymond Jr., Elizabeth, Robert, Ryan, Matthew, Luke, Haley, Max, and Sophia — and has two grandsons, Raymond III and Ben. He resides in Mountain Top, PA, with his wife Kelly.
