Myer S. Messinger
About
Attorney Myer Messinger of Northeast Pennsylvania joined Fellerman & Ciarimboli Law PC in 2019. Attorney Messinger attended the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Humanities & Science. Myer graduated from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. While in law school, Attorney Messinger clerked for a regional personal injury law firm and served as treasurer of the Environmental Law and Policy Society.
Attorney Messinger dedicates his practice to the representation of injured victims, with a focus on motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical negligence, and workers' compensation claims.
In addition to his personal injury practice, Attorney Messinger serves as co-counsel in complex commercial and municipal liability litigation. He also represents local municipalities in the national class action opioid litigation. Having tried both jury and bench trials to verdict, Attorney Messinger brings with him the necessary courtroom experience to achieve positive results for his clients.
Professional Involvement
- Serves as the Solicitor for the Municipality of Kingston Zoning Hearing Board
- Served as lead counsel in a clergy abuse practice group, where he advocated on behalf of victims of sexual abuse
- Served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office
- Handled hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases through all stages of litigation, including attempted murder, robbery, aggravated assault, and high-level drug trafficking
