His published work on topics such as FAAAA preemption and the strategic use of visuals in trucking cases continues to guide lawyers handling complex transportation matters across the country.
In recent years, Ed and the firm’s hard work have secured recoveries for individuals and families facing life-altering injuries, delivering results that help them rebuild and move forward after some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Their work is focused on holding negligent parties accountable and ensuring clients have the financial support they need for long-term care, stability, and peace of mind. For many, these results represent more than compensation, they provide a path forward when it matters most and has helped establish Ed as one of the most respected trial attorneys in his field.
Deeply committed to giving back to his community, Ed and his partner Greg Fellerman have led the Safe Prom Pledge initiative since 2010, speaking to more than 30,000 high school students across Northeastern Pennsylvania about the real-life consequences of impaired driving and the importance of making responsible choices. He serves on the Board of Trustees at Wilkes University since 2018, supporting the institution’s continued growth and impact. He is also actively involved in Ava’s Way, an initiative made possible through the Ava Fellerman Memorial Fund of The Luzerne Foundation, created in memory of Ava Fellerman and focused on empowering young women to pursue their goals and lead purposeful lives while continuing her legacy.
Raised in Northeast Pennsylvania, Ed remains deeply connected to his community. He lives on a farm with his wife and their blended family of four children, along with grandchildren who light up his life. His Italian roots, love of family, and passion for advocacy shape both his personal life and his work in the courtroom. In his free time, Ed enjoys fishing, skiing, cooking for his family, and traveling together whenever they can. He also appreciates a good glass of bourbon, and the simple moments spent with the people who matter most.
