Attorney
Katherine Romanowski was born and raised in northeastern Pennsylvania, a graduate of Wyoming Seminary. She attended Villanova University, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Finance and Real Estate. While at Villanova, she also competed as a Division I field hockey student-athlete.
After graduating, she worked at CitiBank as a Financial Analyst then earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School. While at NYLS, she was an Affiliate of the Center for Real Estate Studies and the Center for Business and Financial Law.
While in law school, Attorney Romanowski gained legal experience in several professional settings. She had a judicial internship for Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Kevin Dougherty in Philadelphia. She also interned for Eustace, Prezioso, Yapchanyk & Yang in New York City, which serves as House Counsel for Chubb Insurance, giving her firsthand exposure to insurance defense litigation. Additionally, she completed an externship at the New York City Department of Buildings in the Internal Affairs & Discipline Department.
Attorney Romanowski is currently licensed to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Luzerne County Bar Association, and the Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association. She is anticipated to be admitted to the New York bar in January 2026.
