Fellerman & Ciarimboli scored a $1.4 million jury verdict on Thursday for our client, a 21-year-old soldier who was severely injured after getting into a major accident with a tractor-trailer. The insurance company had originally offered a settlement of $25,000. The jury took only 9 hours to deliberate.
