Attorney Harry P. McGrath, Jr. of Scranton, Pennsylvania graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in political science and received his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law. While in law school, he completed judicial internships for the Honorable Linda K. Caracappa, Chief Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as in the Complex Litigation Center of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

Prior to joining Fellerman & Ciarimboli, Law PC Attorney McGrath worked for several years at a regional defense firm, where he focused on defending healthcare institutions in complex malpractice claims. This experience provides him with unique knowledge and insight into defense strategy when handling cases on behalf of injured plaintiffs.
Attorney McGrath works meticulously and thoroughly on behalf of his clients. On his time away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie, and his three children.
