Profile Eddie Ciarimboli:

What is your background?

Edward J. Ciarimboli received a dual bachelor’s degree from Wilkes University in Engineering and Political Science, and received his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law. At Duquesne University, Attorney Ciarimboli was admitted to the Order of the Barristers for excellence in Courtroom Advocacy and was named a national semi-finalist in the American Trial Lawyers Association Moot Court Competition. Ciarimboli served as a law clerk to Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. In 2005, Attorney Ciarimboli joined Attorney Fellerman’s private practice as a partner and has since won his clients millions of dollars in compensation.
Attorney Ciarimboli focuses his practice on achieving justice for the injured and has successfully represented victims of automobile collisions, defective products, medical negligence, trucking catastrophes, premises liability accidents, and insurance bad faith claims. Ciarimboli enjoys this area of law because he feels honored giving the common man or woman a voice in the judicial system and helping them receive just treatment.

Attorney Ciarimboli is a member of the Luzerne County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Experience:

What are some of your most important cases?

I would have to say my most important cases are those in which I feel that I have truly given my clients a voice.  Everyone has a right to be heard, and when you can help someone be heard it is very moving.  I must admit that I also enjoy the cases that seem unwinnable at first, I am always up for a good challenge.

Why are you an attorney?

I have a passion for helping people achieve justice and I work well under pressure. There’s nothing like the energy of a courtroom. I’ve dedicated my practice to giving the common man or woman a voice in the legal system. At the end of the day, it’s nice knowing that my work is helping people stand up to large corporations and insurance companies.
What do you do when you are not practicing law?

I enjoy sports, community work, and spending time with my family.
